Read a receipt

A green check means the server said yes. Every other state tells you exactly what happened instead.

A receipt also says who said yes. A step marked "ask me first" names the person who answered it, and so does any other step that waited for a person (a value nobody sent, or a program nobody had read). Nobody is named where a step ran without asking. A change your agent made on a connection under the permission you gave it ran without asking, and its receipt says it ran under that permission.
